Cold weather – it’s all relative

I was showing homes this morning to some clients who were in from out of town. It was chilly outside, about 44 degrees, with gusts of strong wind. Not that we ever calculate wind chill factors around here, but I'm sure the wind made it feel colder than it really was. I lightheartedly apologized to my clients on behalf of our fair city, since people generally come to the Phoenix area to enjoy a little warmth during the winter.

They replied there was no need to apologize. Back home it was supposed to get up to 3 today. And tomorrow's high would be – 6 (that's MINUS 6.. less than zero.. for their HIGH..) No wonder they're so excited to find a home out here in the Valley of the Sun!

Your getting cold just thinking about minus 6 Realtor,

Chris Butterworth
