A Call to England

This picture was taken last week in Chelsea, a section of London near Sloane Square.











I'm not sure what to make of this. Is someone calling for me to move to Chelsea? Or should I just know that if I ever decide to make Mother England my home, I can rest easy knowing I'll already have what looks like a furniture business in place!
