Here is the MLS activity from last week. Another week with more homes coming onto the market than those that are going into escrow. On the good side, though, is how fast some of these listings received contracts. 7 days, 15 days, and 17 days – that's great. And one of them was over $400,000.
Active Listings – These homes are new to the market.
Pending Sale – These homes went into escrow. (note: I'm including those homes as "Active with Contingencies" in this section, since they are in escrow while continuing to market for backup offers.)
Sold – These homes successfully closed escrow.
Price Changes – there were also 22 homes which reduced their price by an average of 3.1% last week.
All information is taken from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and is deemed accurate but not guaranteed.
