Choose your words carefully

We all know it intuitively, and sometimes you can even see it and point it out. But now a study confirms that the words you use to describe your home when it's listed for sale can have an impact on the price offered and the time on the market.

Have you ever read a home's description and thought to yourself, "that's the best they can say - I bet the place is a dump.", or "this one's going to go fast? Why has it been on the market for 6 months?" It looks like you're not the only one.
