A Day In The Rental Market In Anthem

I spent some time today in Anthem showing a client of mine some rental properties that they were interested in. We looked at a total of 5 homes. During our tour around the different areas of Anthem it was quite apparent to them that they, as potential tenants (or buyers if they happened to be interested in buying instead of renting), are in the "driver's seat". When driving down a given street you see 6, 7, 8, maybe 9 houses for rent/sale it gives them a very clear picture in a very short amount of time of the current status of the market. Now take into consideration that the Anthem rental/resale market is weaker and much more saturated with inventory than most of the Phoenix metropolitan area, but this is something that I noticed immediately today.
